PROGRAM DISCLAIMER

The information and training provided by AS Dental Front Office Academy is intended for educational and professional development purposes only.

While our curriculum is derived from real-world industry experience, we do not guarantee employment, job placement, salary increases, or specific business outcomes. Success within the dental front office field depends on individual effort, market conditions, and continued professional application.

AS Dental Front Office Academy is not an accredited educational institution, and completion of this program does not result in licensure or formal certification recognized by state or federal agencies.

This program does not provide legal, financial, or clinical dental advice. Participants are responsible for verifying all state-specific regulations, coding requirements, and practice policies within their jurisdiction.

ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full tuition or an approved payment arrangement.

Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in accordance with the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of program access.

Access to course materials, digital systems, and live coaching sessions is granted upon enrollment and is contingent upon account standing.

All fees are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at the discretion of AS Dental Front Office Academy.

REFUND POLICY

At AS Dental Front Office Academy, we are committed to delivering high-level, results-driven professional training. Due to the immediate access granted to proprietary curriculum materials, systems, and live coaching sessions upon enrollment, we offer a limited refund policy as outlined below:

Students may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of initial enrollment, provided that:

The request is submitted in writing within the 7-day period
The student has not completed more than 20% of the program content
The student has not accessed or downloaded a substantial portion of proprietary materials

After the 7-day period, all payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once a participant has engaged in live coaching sessions beyond the initial onboarding or has significantly accessed program materials. Chargebacks or disputes initiated after the refund eligibility period will be formally contested with documentation of access and agreement to these terms. Exceptions for medical or emergency circumstances may be reviewed at the sole discretion of AS Dental Front Office Academy.

PARTICIPATION & CONDUCT

All participants are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and respect throughout the duration of the program.

Disruptive behavior, harassment, or unprofessional conduct during live sessions or within program communications may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

PRIVACY & DATA

AS Dental Front Office Academy is committed to protecting your personal and professional information.

Information collected during enrollment is used solely for program delivery, communication, and curriculum updates. We do not sell or distribute personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All training materials, including but not limited to videos, workflows, templates, systems, and proprietary processes, are the exclusive property of AS Dental Front Office Academy.

These materials are provided for individual use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of program content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AS Dental Front Office Academy provides educational resources based on professional experience and industry knowledge.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from the application of program content, including but not limited to employment decisions, business operations, or regulatory compliance.

Participants are responsible for verifying all information and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.

GOVERNING LAW

These policies and all program-related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

Any disputes arising from participation in this program shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Arizona courts.
