Antoinette Higgins
Co-Founder | Dental Operations & Recruiting Leader
Antoinette Higgins is the Co-Founder of AS Dental Front Office Academy and a seasoned dental industry professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience spanning dental operations, leadership, recruiting, and workforce development. She brings extensive expertise in dental recruiting and operational strategy, with a vision rooted in providing students with the practical tools, hiring insights, and professional confidence needed to stand out to elite dental practices.
Her career began as a Dental Assistant and advanced into roles including Registered Dental Assistant, Front Office Professional, Office Manager, Corporate Implementation Manager, and Regional Manager. Through each level of growth, she developed rare full-spectrum insight into both the clinical and administrative systems that drive successful dental offices.
Throughout her leadership journey, Antoinette trained and supported teams across seven dental office locations, helping implement systems, strengthen operations, improve team performance, and elevate service standards. Her experience managing multi-site teams gave her firsthand knowledge of what separates average practices from exceptional ones.
She is also the Founder of A-Team Dental Staffing, a dental recruiting and staffing firm focused on connecting practices with qualified talent. Through this work, she gained valuable insight into what employers truly look for when hiring front office professionals, from communication and professionalism to reliability, organization, and culture fit.
With deep knowledge of both practice operations and hiring expectations, she co-founded AS Dental Front Office Academy to help bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity by preparing students with structured training, real-world front office skills, and career-ready confidence.

Selena Munguia
Co-Founder | Dental Operations & Patient Experience Leader
Selena Munguia is the Co-Founder of AS Dental Front Office Academy and a seasoned dental industry professional with over 20 years of experience spanning clinical support, office administration, leadership, and patient service excellence.
Her career includes experience as a Dental Assistant, Dental Insurance Coordinator, Dental Billing Specialist and Office Manager, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care, front office operations, team coordination, and practice efficiency. She is recognized for her professionalism, precision, and ability to build lasting trust-based relationships with both patients and teams.
Through years of hands-on experience, Selena understands the high standards, organization, and service mindset required for successful dental offices. She co-founded AS Dental Front Office Academy to help prepare aspiring professionals with the confidence, professionalism, and practical skills needed to thrive in dental front office careers.
